We designed and manufactured this unique handrail, cladding the first-ever staircase entirely in leather. The result is a stunning, one-of-a-kind staircase. The floor was covered in our black vegetable-tanned leather, with bold white stitching that added contrast and highlighted the craftsmanship. This leather is visually striking and highly durable, perfect for a high-traffic area.
The walls were clad in our moulded Terra and Amalfi leathers, adding depth and texture to the space, while creating a cohesive look with the overall design.
The railing was wrapped in luxurious shagreen, made from stingray leather, which is one of our specialties. The distinctive texture and subtle shine of the stingray leather made the handrail a focal point, adding an extra touch of refinement. This project was a milestone for us, demonstrating how leather can be creatively applied in design. The staircase stands as a defining feature of the space, combining practicality with high-end style.
